Request Account Deletion – Hey Thera

We respect your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your data.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Email us at android@heythera.io using the subject line: Delete My Account.
  2. Please include the email ID associated with your Hey Thera account.
  3. Your account and associated data (mood logs, food logs, wearable insights, etc.) will be permanently deleted within 14 business days.

What We Delete

  • Your Auth0-linked account and authentication data
  • All personal logs, health and mood records
  • App activity and preferences

What We Retain

  • Minimal non-identifying logs for fraud and abuse prevention
  • Records required to comply with legal obligations (if any)
