UltraBeing is a brand of Hey Thera, Inc. (“UltraBeing,” “we,” “us” or “our”). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit https://www.ultrabeing.ai (the “Site”), request early access or contact us about UltraBeing.

This Notice applies to the Site, the early-access list and related communications. It does not apply to an UltraBeing application or clinical service that is governed by a separate privacy notice.

We may collect your email address when you request early access; information you include when you contact us or respond to a survey; referral and campaign information associated with your visit or signup, such as the referring page, landing page and campaign parameters in the link you used; and limited technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, date and time, approximate location derived from IP address, and security or error logs.

Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, treatment information or other sensitive health information through the early-access form or ordinary email.

We may use personal information to process and manage your early-access request; send information about early-access availability, invitations and relevant UltraBeing updates; respond to questions and feedback; operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Site and early-access experience; understand which referrals and campaigns lead to early-access requests; prevent misuse; and comply with applicable law.

We do not use your Site activity to target advertising to you based on an inferred health condition.

We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to service providers that help us host and secure the Site, manage the early-access list, deliver email, measure Site performance or provide professional services; to comply with law, legal process or a valid government request, or to protect rights and safety; in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections; or when you direct us or consent to the disclosure.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies that are necessary to operate and secure the Site, remember referral or campaign information and understand Site performance. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential technologies, we will request it before using them.

If you request early access, we may email you about your request, early-access availability and UltraBeing. You can unsubscribe from optional marketing emails using the link in the email or by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, email hello@ultrabeing.ai with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including to manage the early-access list, maintain security records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. If you unsubscribe, we may retain a limited suppression record so that we can honor your request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

UltraBeing is based in the United States. If you visit the Site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your request or consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, and compliance with legal obligations.

The Site and early-access list are intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information through them from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.

We may update this Notice from time to time. We will post the revised Notice on the Site and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide any additional notice required by law.
